Q: How do you accommodate me if we can't be home during delivery? Can we leave a check?
A: Yes, checks can be made payable to The Pickard Farm. This is a common arrangement for your convenience.
Q: How will you know exactly where we would like the wood dumped if were not able to be home?
A: Just mark the spot on your driveway with a trash barrel, paint can, cone, child's toy, etc. this will let us know where you would like your wood dumped

Q: How much do you charge for delivery?
A: Depending on how far you are from our farm determines the delivery charge. Please call us.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We are currently accepting personal checks and cash upon delivery.
Q: How long until I get my wood delivered?
A: Generally within 24 hours. Unfortunatly when demand is high, you may have to wait a couple days to a week. If you need it the same day, make sure you ask. It might be possible.
Q: Do you stack the wood, and how much does it cost?
A: No we curently cannot stack the wood.
Q: What is the avarage length of your wood?
A: Average length of our firewood is 16 inches.
